About Us
The District administers the Inverness Planning and Architectural Control Committee (IPACC) which ensures its high standard of building design and land planning. Through a system of reviews, closely following the normal architectural design process (as suggested by the American Institute of Architects), IPACC must first review and approve all signage within the Inverness Business Park to maintain consistency in the community. IPACC is also responsible for all covenant control.
During summer months, The Inverness Metropolitan Improvement District coordinates a summer program of co-ed team sports for the tenants of the Business Park. These sports consist of Volleyball and Softball and are played at the District’s recreational park, the “John Derry Memorial Park.” We would love for you to come out and play! DID YOU KNOW…
Inverness values water conservation through the practice of “reuse?” Helping to preserve Colorado’s limited, natural resource through the practice of using treated wastewater from household or commercial properties for irrigation of public landscapes, commercial lots, and golf courses, Inverness has been a model example of responsible water use through reuse since 1975. This water-efficient practice saves employers and residents money and valuable water resources. Click on Inverness Water and Sanitation District for more.
The District is managed by Mulhern MRE.
